Some items have several variants (size, ...) to consult the card of each variant specify the desired variant (small, medium ...) using the tab. The card of the selected model appears with the dimensions of the variant.
When you are interested in an item, you
add it
to your cart.
The contents of the basket are then displayed on the top right of each page.
You can consult and modify this basket at any time (by clicking on
Place order) and know the amount of the order with the calculation of the carriage costs (established according to a
RATE taking into account the cumulated weight, the amount of the order and your country).
To validate your order, you must identify yourself.
For a first order, choose to
create your customer file and follow the instructions.
If you are already registered, indicate
the login and the password that you had chosen during the first registration.
Indicate your exact coordinates (for the sending of the parcel) and your email for our communications. You will then receive an automatic confirmation by email listing the ordered items.
You can specify any useful comment during the validation of your order in the
comment area
You can pay by
credit card (fully secure payment from La Banque Postale) or by
check (or mandate-cash) in euros and from a bank domiciled in France, (in this case, your order is taken into account upon receipt of your check).

Your order will be dispatched within a
maximum of 2 working days after receipt of payment, for items said to be "in stock".
You are informed of the availability of the products on the information sheet of the product. If despite our vigilance a product ordered was not available, you would be informed by email as soon as possible and an adapted solution would be proposed to you: a new time of availability of the product, an exchange of the unavailable product against another product.
Follow-up of your order...
You can consult the status of your orders at any time from the
Customer Services area, using your customer ID and password.
In addition, on the order confirmation email, you will find a link to track your parcel, if it is a Colissimo or a max letter
Shipping
I send my products in a stamped "bubble" envelope with tracking for all shipments up to 250g and 3cm thick maximum, with a maximum value of 35 euros and not very bulky.
I use the Lettre Max cardboard of La Poste, for the sendings of a maximum amount of 35 euros and insofar as the object can enter there (thickness limited has 3cm and 3 dimensions of letters max).
For heavier or bulky items, the objects are carefully wrapped and wedged in small cartons (recycled cartons) and sent by colissimo or registered colissimo.
Depending on the type of wood used, the ribs are more or less marked. Each piece, handmade, is therefore unique.
Also, the photographs illustrating the products, do not enter the contractual field.
